As part of a two day collaborative workshop, 20 current 2nd and 3rd year photography students with an interest in fashion, style and portraiture are offered the opportunity to be part of a one day photoshoot.
Working with a group of Fashion Textiles students; you will be the photographer, the fashion students will be art-directing and styling, models will be pampered and great images will be created.

he Magnum Workshop Fremantle is a five day practice focused photography workshop led by three experienced Magnum photographers; Antoine D’Agata, Trent Parke and Donovan Wylie. Each photographer will guide intimate groups of 12 participants who will have the opportunity to shoot, polish and publish their work under the guidance of these experienced practitioners.

Our first big announcement for 2012 regards the Flash Forward 2011 exhibition that will take place in Portland, Maine March 2-May 4. The opening will be held Friday March 2 at 7pm at The Salt Institute for Documentary Studies, located at 561 Congress Portland, ME 04101. The Magenta team will be in attendance and we hope that some of our Flash Forward artists will join us. For anyone who lives in the area or wants to come out and say hello, please do! We'd like to give special thanks to Donna Galluzzo at Salt for all of her help and guidance.
