The Viewfinder Photography Gallery is pleased to present “Downtown”, Kelly McCann's solo exhibition, which is being hosted by The Underground Gallery.

Kelly's work documents the day-to-day life of a small settlement within the Hout Bay suburb of South Africa. Imizamo Yethu is one of over 200 townships whose residents struggle everyday against a severe lack of infrastructure and safe living conditions.

Cockroach Diary and Other Stories brings together works spanning 25 years that convey a compelling sense of both the ordinary and the bizarre in British life. This major exhibition is the first survey show by Anna Fox, one of the most significant photographers to emerge from the new wave of British colour documentary of the 1980s.
