Fashion Photography Workshop for current students - 14 February 2012

Dear current 2nd & 3rd Yr students,

OPPORTUNITY TO COLLABORATE
14th Feb 2012, 09:00 - 17:00

As part of a two day collaborative workshop, 20 current 2nd and 3rd year photography students with an interest in fashion, style and portraiture are offered the opportunity to be part of a one day photoshoot.

Working with a group of Fashion Textiles students; you will be the photographer, the fashion students will be art-directing and styling, models will be pampered and great images will be created.

Together you will be planning, creating and executing both in the studios and on location (around UCA).

This is a great opportunity to get stuck in on a live project, learn allot about working with stylists and art-directors, collaboration and creative problem-solving.

Please email your name and number to info@skaalnes.com, but only if you are available to participate 14th Feb 2012, 9:00 — 17:00. All details will be given via email closer to the time. (You will also need to come to briefing meeting 13th Feb 2012,16:00 — 16:30)

The first 20 students to email the address below will get a place. 5 reserve places will be available, and notified should there be any cancelations.

You should bring your own digital SLR, and book any particular equipment you would like to use. Basic studio equipment will be available in the studios.

The workshop is facilitated and run by Sveinung Skaalnes.

Sveinung is a multi-disciplined creative collaborator, engaged enabler and passionate problem solver working within the creative industries of digital media, advertising, fashion, photography and education.

Currently Program Manager for the eCommerce Business program at Hyper Island, Stockholm.
