fotofolios welcomes Dar Al-Hekma
Dar Al-Hekma is a private all-female College in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It is an institution that is known to tread new grounds and open new doors. Our graduates are original, creative and trend-setters in their fields, using modern design techniques and photography to reflect traditional Saudi heritage and Islamic art through arabesque ornamentation, illustration, print and Arabic typography. DAH design students are the first graphic designers graduating from Saudi Arabia. The College hosts the only graphic design program in the country which is also the largest and most popular program at DAH itself. Known for their innovative skills, DAH design graduates are often offered contracts before they graduate. Initiating a new avenue in the Kingdom, many of our young designers have chosen to specialize in photography and have earned much recognition in the field. Today, through their art, DAH graduates are introducing Saudi culture to the world.
