With an affinity towards animals, Amy’s most recent work explores the toy dog culture, which is becoming increasingly popular in Britain. Photographed inside a toy dog hotel, the work evolved into a series of fashion portraits of these anthropomorphised dogs, which explore the fine line between cute and horror.

The animal kingdom, and in particular household pets, is a subject, which Amy finds herself constantly drawn to. Enjoying the unpredictability of working with animals and receiving great satisfaction from capturing those split second moments when a pose or an expression is just right, this is an area of work, which Amy would love to pursue.
