Niccolò Fano is born in Rome, Italy in September 1985. Having lived between Italy, Ireland and the Uk he has an international education and outlook whilst being still extremely connected and attached to his native country.

He recently received his Masters degree from Central Saint Martins and completed the awarded Creative Ventures MBA elective at London Business School.
Currently working as project manager for Professor of Photography Karen Knorr, Niccolò has exhibited and participated in numerous International shows and awards. Niccolò’s work is informed by his travels, very specific interests and influences from within the ever-evolving photographic panorama. More specifically his focus resides in the power relations that are inextricably linked with the act of picture taking, particularly within a portraiture and documentary discourse. National identity, globalization and socio/anthropological documentation are just a few of the issues and themes he explores with great passion and drive throughout his projects.
