For the last two years I have been working on documentary projects, which are in context with contemporary social issues. May be this has something to do with my background in Economics? Interacting with people and going deep into their lives has been a passion for me. For my last project I had to stay in Bangladesh as I had to go deep into the lives of the boatmen and understand their emotions and state of life.
My work is mostly related to human beings and issues related to human society. The intention has always been to capture human emotions and the state of life. Interacting with my subject and getting into their lives completely has been one of the most important process in my work.
As an artist I believe in content as well as powerful visual language.
