I am a disciplined fine artist, who uses photography as a final means of creation. My photographs are my way of making sense of the world. I compulsively exhaust my subject matter in order to understand and resolve it. The ideas that interest me are expressed through a refined process that encompasses all moments leading up to the final image. This conceptual way of working often makes the viewer feel alienated, they can see my work as being closed, as they are unaware of the processes leading up to the final image. This is not intentional but merely a technique that I have used through all aspects of my practice so far.
